As per the Association By-laws, any owner wishing to sell his unit must notify Midlantic Property Management and the Governing Board as soon as possible. This is the first form that must be submitted to MPM. Please read the information on selling your unit so you supply MPM with the appropriate documents and thus avoid paperwork delays. his form must be completed along with the Realtor Questionnaire for the sale of any unit. Middlesex Borough requires a Residential Resale Certificate (RRC) for any unit sold. That certificate must be received BEFORE MPM can provide any closing information or account balances, etc. to anyone. Copy of this form must be submitted to MPM and the Board.
