ABOUT GRAMERCY GARDENS CONDOMINIUMS

In 1955 the tract of land where Gramercy Gardens now stands was purchased by the Borough of Middlesex. By September 1967, the Borough had sold the land to Gramercy Gardens, Inc. and the land was cleared for apartment building construction.

Gramercy Gardens Condo Association, Inc. was formed in April 1985. Prior to that date, the entire tract was previously developed as a garden apartment complex known as Gramercy Gardens Apartments and owned by the Lucky Forward Corporation. The condo complex consists of two separate two-story buildings containing 76 units which were built in 1969 and 1970. The 76 units are individually owned; however, the Condo Associations Master Deed and by-laws provide the management of the property. When you  purchase a unit at Gramercy Gardens Condos, you become a member of the HOA and are subject to the rules and regulations.

Gramercy Gardens Condominiums is located in Middlesex Borough, NJ, Middlesex, County. With 3.8 square miles, Middlesex has lots to offer including high ranking public schools, beautiful parks, close proximity to 2 train stations, an impressive library, an expanding recreation department and a senior citizen center.
