Midlantic Property Management offers a complete range of services for efficient community management. This includes in-house financial reporting; budget preparation; insurance coverage; taxation and financial investment, interior and exterior maintenance programs and a wide variety of resources and purchasing power to yield significant cost savings to your community. Our community managers work hands-on with your Association to ensure covenants are being adhered to, work orders are handled promptly and community finances are well-managed and in order. When you contract with Midlantic Property Management (MPM), you do so with the entire company and not just the site manager. We stand behind the services we offer and will take whatever steps are necessary to meet and exceed your expectations. Since 1995, we have proudly managed many of our sites for more than ten years and some for more than 15 years.

We know that property management is a very competitive business and credit our longevity in this business, and at our sites, with providing good hands on and honest services to our customers. Our Association Boards trust us and know that we are working in their best interest, not our own.

We ensure that our management process is fully transparent and guide you through a management process that is well received by your homeowners. As the owner of the company, I will personally take the lead on your property and work directly with your site manager and our staff to ensure that the transition is smooth and our management service is at its highest level.
